Overview

To create a simple inventory management application that will provide tracking of all products going IN and OUT of the warehouse. The system must also keep track of the current stock and details of each item for management and reporting purposes.

Requirements

Functions

1. Mobile responsive web based application

2. Create products, categories, and requests (IN/OUT)

3. Modify item details and approval status based on user privilege level

   • User Roles

     1. Manager and Approver - capable of managing all products, requests, reports, and users

     2. Requestor and User - creates check-in and check-out requests, submit change requests as needed, add new items

     3. Report Manager / Auditor - generate reports for audit purposes

4. Create additional fields based on the required details

5. Detailed audit trail of all transactions and changes within the system

6. Generate detailed reports for local reference or offline use (PDF)
