• MRs plan bigyan ng comm rate ex. 1% or 2%

• Instead ay i-allot for gas allowance

• Mag pareserve lang muna ng office like 2 months deposit

• Yung space sa unahan ay bakit hindi rentahan kahit maliit na table lang.
